This is not your normal chocolate bark for the holidays. It does not have any red or green color accents like the traditional Peppermint Bark, but with a taste similar to a white chocolate mocha, it feels relaxing and joyful all the same.
The sweet milkiness of the white chocolate is perfectly offset by an abundant, dark mocha swirl. The impressive design couldn’t be much easier to do either; simply don’t overdo it when mixing the 2 chocolates together, or the swirl pattern can end up being muddled.
The crunch of approximately chopped chocolate-covered espresso beans is what really makes this bark unique. If you’re uncertain of where to source the beans, inspect the sweet or snack aisle– they’re also sometimes equipped in the bulk bin section. If your local store doesn’t have them, you can likewise order the beans online.

Active ingredients
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (about 10 oz.).
1/2 cup 60% -70% cacao dark chocolate chips (about 2 oz.).
2 tsp. instant espresso granules.
1/4 cup sliced chocolate covered espresso beans.
Flaky sea salt (optional).
Instructions.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; reserved.
Fill a medium saucepan with water to a depth of 1 to 2 inches. Give a simmer over medium. Thoroughly put a somewhat smaller heatproof bowl on top of pan (bowl should nestle easily in pan without touching water). Place white chocolate in bowl; cook, stirring often, until melted, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove bowl from heat. (Alternatively, microwave chocolate in a microwavable bowl on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until totally melted, about 1 minute, 30 seconds.) Repeat process with dark chocolate in a different bowl.
Put melted white chocolate onto ready baking sheet; using a balanced out spatula, spread white chocolate into an 1/8-in.- thick rectangle.
Stir instant espresso granules into melted dark chocolate. Drizzle dark chocolate mix uniformly over white chocolate. Using a butter knife or suggestion of the offset spatula, swirl dark chocolate into white chocolate. Sprinkle with chocolate-covered espresso beans, and, if wanted, garnish with flaky salt.
Chill bark, uncovered, in refrigerator up until set, about 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store bark in an airtight container in fridge approximately 1 week.
